We offer a full refund for any unused or defective items. We will offer a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving the product. We will also wear any return costs if we’re at fault (if you received an incorrect order or defective item).
If you choose not to collect your order, and it is sent back you can request it to be sent again for a shipping fee of $10AUD. If you would like a refund, please note it will be processed once the product returns to our warehouse and will incur an administration, shipping and restocking fee of $10AUD.
If you received it as a gift from someone and you wish to change it, we can arrange that as well in the form of replacement products.
Note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, therefore please send the package with a dispatch number so it can be traced. To return a product please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
