Activated Charcoal and Bamboo Body Scrub: Just remember, a little scrub goes a long way. Hop into the shower and get wet. Take a small amount of scrub and start working it into your body, all over, massaging in circular motions. The bamboo stem extract is pretty coarse, so go easy.
Citrus Blast Body Wash: Do you need us to draw you a picture? Get in the shower and get wet. Use a loofah to rub Citrus Blast into all your bits. Rub in a circular motion to create a good, foamy lather. Sing a little Frank Sinatra. Rinse and repeat daily.
Citrus Blast Body Moisturiser: Step out of the shower, dry yourself off and apply several pumps of Citrus Blast. Massage all over in a downwards motion. The moisturiser should absorb almost instantly, releasing notes of sweet orange, mandarin and Australian sandalwood.
Face Magnet Scrub: Use this guy twice a week, before getting into the shower. Just wet your face over the basin, scoop out a small amount of scrub, and massage into a gentle lather. Let the exfoliants do their thing. You should feel the dead skin cells falling away. Gross, but true.
Face Fuel Cleanser: Pump once and rub cleanser all over your face, working in small circular motions. Massage into a lather for 30 seconds, then rinse and pat dry. Your skin should be clean enough to eat off, but we still recommend using a plate. Use daily for best results.
Smooth Operator Moisturiser: Rub a small amount onto your face every morning and massage for about 30 seconds. That’s it. Your face now contains more moisture than other common moist things: flourless chocolate cake, meadows in springtime, the sea etc.

Hot showers can dry the skin. Try warm water. Or cold, if you’re some kind of Jedi Master.
For best results, use body scrub twice a week. Any more and you’ll rub your nipples off.
A little body moisturiser goes a long way. Aim for a light layer all over.
Store in a cool place, away from the sun (and greedy housemates).
Moisturise in an upwards motion. It helps tone your facial muscles. Also, use a tiny dab of face moisturiser and not a scoop. Less is more!
